摘　　要："诗可以怨"首先作为文学的功能价值论,后来引申到创作论,这种诗学理论的演变与周代"典乐"制度的兴盛与崩坏息息相关。文章通过对先秦"典乐"制度下诗与乐的关系论述,探讨这一诗学命题的社会文化根源,从而进一步阐释周代的诗学精神。＂Poems allow complaints＂ is firstly accepted in terms of its functional value and later creation. The evolution of poem writing theory is correlated to the up and down of Zhou Dynasty system of music. By describing the relation between poem and music in Pre - Qin system of music, the poem spirit is explained with its root of social cuhure.
