摘 要:质量诊断是持续质量改进的重要环节,诊断方法的合理性直接影响诊断结果的准确性.该文系统地总结了现有的质量诊断技术和应用方法.从质量管理诊断,过程质量诊断及智能质量诊断三个方面分别对现有的诊断技术和方法进行了分析.同时从具体局部过程和整体的一致性角度,对现有质量诊断方法进行比较,指出各种诊断技术和应用方法的特点和不足,展望未来质量诊断技术的发展,为质量诊断技术的改进提供依据.Quality diagnosis plays an important role in continues quality improvement. The accuracy of result of diagnosis is directly relative to the selection of diagnosis methods. In this paper, the current techniques of quality diagnosis and its application methods are surveyed. The techniques and methods of quality diagnosis are analyzed from three aspects. Those are quality management diagnosis, process quality diagnosis and intelligence quality diagnosis. Meanwhile, from the angle of the degree of that particular process is integrated to holistic performance, the characteristics and weaknesses of each diagnosis method are pointed out by comparison and analysis respectively. Finally, the future tendency of quality diagnosis technology are forecasted, which will help us to improve the technology of quality diagnosis.
