摘　　要：IS/IT 项目的成功率不高,因此有必要识别导致项目成功的关键因素.首先提出了 IS/IT 项目成功因素和成功标准的关系模型,为了探讨各项关键成功因素对项目成功标准的贡献程度,进行了问卷设计和调查,在数据分析的基础上建立了三维度的结构方程模型,进而得出导致项目成功的关键因素.Currently, the success rate of IS/IT projects is quite low, so it is necessary to identify the critical succes factors for IS/IT projects. The paper firstly builds a relation model between success factors and success criteria for IS/IT project. In order to explore the degree of contribution of each success factor to each success criteria of IS/IT project, the nationwide questionnaires are collected, and based on the data analysis, the paper builds structure equation models in three dimensions. Further, the critical success factors for the project are obtained.
