摘 要:大气中CO2浓度低是C3植物光合作用的主要限制因子,也是阻碍作物产量进一步提高的原因之一。针对目前还难以控制田间CO2浓度的问题,采用在大豆幼苗叶片上喷施碳酸氢钾(KHCO3)的方法,同时用亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)适当的抑制大豆的光呼吸,来提高CO2浓度进而提高光合速率。目的是找到KHCO3和NaHSO3促进大豆幼苗光合速率的最佳浓度。结果表明:KHCO3中的HCO3-可以作为碳源补充空气中CO2的不足,1 500 mg.L-1KHCO3对大豆幼苗的光合速率有显著的促进作用,其作用可持续7 d左右。650 mg.L-1NaHSO3也可显著的提高大豆幼苗的光合速率,其作用也可持续7 d左右。The low concentration of CO2 in atmosphere is main factor restricting photosynthesis of C3 plants,and is also one of the reasons hindering further improment of crop yields. To resolve the problem that the concentration of CO2 was hard to control in fields, KHCO3 was sprayed on soybean leaves and NaHSO3 was used to restrain photorespiration at the same time, so as to find the best application amount of KHCO3 and NaHSO3 to increase photosynthetic rate of soybean seedlings. Results showed that HCO3^- in KHCO3 as carbon fountain could supplement the lack of CO2 in atmosphere, KHCO3 at the concentration of 1 500 mg · L^-1 ,or NaHSO3 at the concentration of 650 mg · L^-1 ,all could notably improve the photosynthetic rate of soybean seedlings, and this function could sustain for 7 days.
