大鼠神经性炎症模型在骨伤科外用药研究中的应用

摘　　要：本文介绍大鼠神经性炎症模型的制作方法及用此模型观察骨伤科外用药正骨水、好得快、息伤乐及新研制的“伤痛灵喷雾剂”的抗炎疗效，并进一步分析其抗炎机理。实验证明大鼠神经性炎症模型操作简单、直观定量、重复性强，是研究外用抗炎药的好方法。This article is an introduction of the formation method of the rat model of neurogenic inflammation and the comparison of several medicines for external application in traumotology and orthopedics such as Zhenggushui,Haodekuai,Xishangle and Shangtongling,a newly invented spray-medicine on the observation of the external application curative and anti-inflammational effect.The author takes further analysis on the antiinflammational mechanism of Shangtongling.The experiments proved that the formation method of the rat model is easy to pratise,clear to determine the amount and of much repetition to research the exrenal anti-inflammational medicine.
