长江口及其毗邻海域浮游植物种群特征的初步研究

摘　　要：2003年9月,通过对现场海水过滤,将滤膜置入f/2培养基培养2周后,由于浮游植物种间的竞争,发现最终培养后的浮游藻类呈现比较单一的优势种,皆为对低光照有广泛耐受力的硅藻和绿藻,反映出长江口及其毗邻海域浮游植物种类组成简单,优势种非常突出,水域环境遭到一定破坏。In situ incubations were conducted in September, 2003. Water samples were fil tered through cellulose acetate filters, and then the filters were put into f/2 culture medium and were incubated for about two weeks. It is found that the final algal was diatom and green algae, which showed the category composition of phytoplankton was simple in the Changjiang estuary and its adjacent area, and the dominant species was obviously.
