摘 要:对10根经历了极限荷载的无粘结预应力混凝土连续梁用粘贴CFRP布进行了加固.完成了10根加固梁的试验,考察了平截面假定的适用性、无粘结筋的应力增长情况、加载过程中裂缝的分布与开展、跨中变形的发展、试验梁的破坏特征等.基于试验结果,建立了考虑原梁受荷历程影响的正截面承载力计算方法,提出了以中支座控制截面在极限荷载下的弹性弯矩计算值MLoad与张拉引起的次弯矩Msec之和(MLoad+Msec)为调幅对象,以相对塑性转角θp/h0为自变量的调幅系数β的计算公式.Ten unbonded prestressed concrete continuous beams, which reached the strength limit states, were reinforced with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) sheet. An experiment on these 10 beams was done. The plane section assumption was testified, the stress of unbonded tendons increased, and the distribution and the development of the crack, the development of the deformation at the mid span during loading and the failure characteristics of beams were obtained. Based on test results, calculation methods of flexural carrying capacity were set up with the influence that the original beams had been subjected to load considered. The calculation formula of the coefficient of the moment modification was presented, in which the object of moment modification was the summation of elastic calculated moment of critical section at intermediate support under ultimate load MLoad and the secondary moment Msec due to prestress (MLoad + Msec) , and the variable was the relative plastic rotation.
