摘 要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对几种典型不均匀污秽绝缘子的三维电场及电位分布进行了计算;依据污闪放电机理,对干燥带出现后电场分布的变化及其位置的影响进行了计算。分析了污秽绝缘子表面电阻模型对电场及电位分布的影响,结果表明:污秽不均匀性对绝缘子电场分布影响显著。连接铁帽、钢脚的湿污秽区能削弱高压电极附近场强;上下表面不均匀污秽对绝缘子电位分布影响显著,周向不均匀污秽影响较弱。干燥带上场强与产生的位置有关,呈"U"形变化趋势。The three-dimension electric field and potential distribution of several typical non-u- niform polluted insulators are calculated by use of the finite element analysis software——ANSYS. According to the mechanism of pollution flashover, the variation of electrical field after formation of dry bands and effect of their location are calculated. Results are analyzed by surface resistor model of con- taminated insulator which has been established. The results show that all kinds of non-uniform pollu- tion have considerable effects on the electric field distribution of insulator and space around. The wet pollution layer connecting the metal cap or pin would deduce the electric field around HV electrodes. The pollution non-uniformity on upper and lower surface has significant effect, however that in radial direction has weak effect. The maximum electric field on dry band is related to the location and has a “U” shape.
