摘 要:目的:探索γ线和多种化学因素复合作用的生物效应规律。方法:按四因素二水平正交表L8(27)设计,用家兔在密闭舱内进行8次试验。γ线二剂量水平分别为0.0375和0.0075Gy/d,苯、甲苯、一氧化碳(CO)的二浓度水平分别为182±33和40±15mg/m3、407±68和90±30mg/m3、278±8和93±4mg/m3。实验每天2小时,每周5天,持续8周。结果:(1)甲苯引起淋巴细胞明显减少,CO导致白细胞总数、血小板、血红蛋白明显减少,γ线和甲苯对血小板减少以及γ线和苯对血红蛋白降低,都呈现明显的交互作用。(2)γ线、苯和甲苯都能单独诱发淋巴细胞染色体畸变、微核、姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)以及骨髓细胞染色体畸变,但未发现CO对诱发染色体畸变、微核和SCE有明显影响。(3)γ线和苯诱发淋巴细胞染色体畸变和微核,γ线和甲苯以及苯和甲苯诱发淋巴细胞染色体畸变,都呈现明显的交互作用。(4)在8次复合试验的细胞遗传效应中,各指标均以四因素为高水平组合的①号试验最高,但即使是四因素皆为最低水平的⑧号试验,各指标亦均高于对照组,且除SCE外,染色体畸变和微核都有统计学差异。⑤γ线、甲苯和CO均可引起睾丸重量指数?Aim:To ascertain the law of biological effects induced by γrays irradiation combined with benzene,toluene and carbon monoxide(CO) inhalation.Methods:8 tests were conducted according to four factors two doselevels orthogonal layout program.90 healthy male rabbits were equally divided into 8 test groups and a control group (10 in each group).The test animals were exposed to γrays combined with benzene,toluene and CO vapour for 2 h a day and 5 days per week for 8 weeks.The two doselevels γrays irradiation were 00375 and 00075 Gy/d,and the two concentration levels of benzene,toluene and CO were 182±33 and 40±15 mg/m 3,407±68 and 90±30 mg/m 3,and 278±8 and 93±4 mg/m 3 respectively.Results:(1) Toluene caused decrease in lymphocytes and CO caused decrease in total amount of leucocytes,thrombocytes and hemoglobin.The combinations of γrays with toluene caused decrease in thrombocytes and with benzene caused decrease in hemoglobin.(2) γrays,benzene and toluene were shown all induced chromosome aberrations,SCEs and micronuclei of lymphocytes and chromosome aberrations of bone marrow cells;but CO showed no effect.(3) γrays and benzene induced chromosome aberrations and micronuclei of lymphocytes;γrays and toluene induced chromosome aberrations of lymphocytes;benzene and toluene induced chromosome aberrations of lymphoytes;and all of them showed significant interaction. (4) In the 8 combined tests of cytogenetic effects,the test ① having high level combination of 4 factors had the highest measurements,but even the test ⑧ with lowest level of 4 factors were having higher measurements than that of the control.Furthermore,with the exception of SCE,the yields of chromosome aberrations and micronuclei were statistically significant also.(5) γrays,toluene and CO could cause obvious decrease of testis weight index and increase of aberrant sperm. Moreover,there were significant combined effects of γrays and toluene, and they could markedly reduce the number of sperm.(6) Patho
