摘 要:香蕉(Musaspp.)的主栽品种均为三倍体,难以通过传统的杂交育种方式获得优质、高产、抗性强的优良新品种.利用诱变育种、基因工程等技术及多种技术相结合的方式来选育香蕉新品种成为必要.文章较系统地介绍了适用于香蕉选育种的多种途径和方法,其中着重介绍了香蕉生物技术育种在香蕉育种中的应用及其研究进展,并对现阶段香蕉育种中存在的问题进行了分析,对今后研究的重点进行了讨论.It is difficult to create new banana (Musa spp. ) cultivars with good agronomic characteristics, resistance and high yield simultaneously through conventional breeding, because most cultivars are triploid. More efficient techniques, such as mutation breeding, genetic transformation, are necessary to breed novel banana variety. Advances in several kinds of banana breeding methods and techniques, especially in biotechnological breeding, were reviewed in this paper. Based on the analysis of current problems in banana breeding, some suggestion for further research were discussed.
