摘　　要：强调发展现代农业循环经济是建设现代农业,推进社会主义新农村建设和构建和谐社会的必然要求.并从鼓励制度创新、完善政策措施体系和加快农业结构调整,优化布局等方面提出了我国发展现代农业循环经济的思路和对策.It was emphasized that development of modem agriculture circular economy was an essential requirement of building modem agriculture, advancing new socialism countryside and harmonious society. In addition, some ideas and countermeasures for modem agriculture circular economy were proposed, like encouraging system innovation, maturing policy system and accelerating the adjustment of agriculture structure were advanced.
