摘　　要：在我国进出口政策性金融的发展过程中既存在着对进出口政策性金融机构作用的认识不足、缺乏对其正常运行和持续发展支持等外部问题,也存在着进出口政策性金融机构自身的适应环境能力和创新能力问题不够等内部问题。解决这些问题有利于进出口政策性金融机构更好地发挥其作用,国外政策性金融发展经验值得借鉴。Ex-Im policy financial institution is of great significance in terms of promoting international trade and international economic cooperation. However, currently the particularly important role of Ex-Im policy financial institution is not fully recognized, and the environment tor its continuous development is still in need of support. In addition, Ex-Im policy financial institution is insufficienl in capability of adaptation and innovation. Tackling these problems will help Ex-Im policy financial institution function more effectively. The paper also learns lessons from international peers exercises.
