摘  要:本文采用无溶剂法将Ce(SO4)2、(NH4)2S2O8与煅烧的主体材料SBA-15分子筛进行人工研磨混合后焙烧,制备了Ce4+-S2O82--SBA-15催化剂。将催化剂应用于冰乙酸与正丁醇反应合成乙酸正丁酯的酯化反应中,采用正交实验确定较优的工艺条件为:反应时间120min,n冰乙酸∶n正丁醇=1∶1.2,催化剂用量为0.0375g(相当于冰乙酸质量的5%),在此条件下乙酸正丁酯反应产率在95.13%。实验表明所合成的固体酸催化剂具有良好的催化性能,具有可重复使用性能。In this paper, Ce^4+-S2O8^2--SBA-15 composite material was prepared by a solvent-free method ,in the method, Ce^4+ and S2O8^2- were highly dispersed in SBA-15 by manually grinding the corresponding precursor salts and the host.n-Butyl acetate was synthetized from acetic acid and n-butanol, using Ce^4+-S2O8^2--SBA-15 as the catalyst. The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments,which were molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol 1:1.2,amount of catalyst 5%,and reaction time 2h.The yield of n-butyl acetate could reach 95.13%. The results showed that the solid acid had higher catalytic activity. The catalyst could be reused for many times.
