摘　　要：软脑膜微循环研究中闭合式颅窗法的应用与体会１王世军２史仁华２姬广臣２赵鲁鸣２董军２近年来，国内外微循环的研究取得了重大的进展，一方面表现为微循环的研究领域不断扩大，另一方面传统的临床及实验动物的微循环观测水平有了较大的提高，如微循环的观察仪器由于内光...he establishment of the enclosed brain window method were explored and developed which can be used for keeped the physiological condition of the local brain with a clear image or used in the study of influence of systemic administration of drugs and acupuncture on the pia mater microcirculation. The results showed that the enclosed brain window method could enable the whole body and the local area of the brain tissues to be in a physiological state for a long time, ensuring longtime constant observation of the effects of drugs or acupuncture.It can satisfy the requirements of different microcirculatory equipments for different animals.
