政府职能定位与转移对行业协会发展的阻却作用分析

摘　　要：我国市场经济体制虽然已经确定,但在市场管理的组织架构中仍然缺少能够真正发挥作用的、独立于政府的行业协会组织。政府经济管理职能转型时期的行政干预,导致行业协会管理职能错位,难以发挥应有的作用。这其中的根本原因之一,是政府的职能定位不当。Our country＇s market economy system though has been ascertained, there are still lack professional associated organization which can really bring functions into play and being independent from the governments, in the organizational framework of market management. Administration interferences in the period of transforming governmental economic management functions result in the falsity of professional associated management, and being difficult to exert the functions. The one of basic causes in it is that the governmental function orientation being not proper.
