几种杀虫剂对二纹柱萤叶甲室内毒力测定

摘　　要：采用药膜法测定了氯氟氰菊酯乳油、辛硫磷乳油、氯氰菊酯乳油、阿维菌素和毒死蜱乳油对木藤蓼上二纹柱萤叶甲的毒力,结果表明,氯氟氰菊酯乳油对二纹柱萤叶甲的毒力水平最高,LC50值为0.5367 mg.L-1;其次为氯氰菊酯乳油、阿维菌素、辛硫磷乳油,其LC50值分别为2.0638 mg.L-1、3.0678 mg.L-1、3.3746 mg.L-1,而毒死蜱乳油的毒力水平最低,其LC50值仅为10.5489 mg.L-1。Using the glassvial bioassay method, the toxicities of cyhalothrin, phoxim, cypermethrin, avermectin and chlorpyrifos to Fallopia aubertii （L. Henry） Holub on Gallerucida bifasciata Motschulsky were investigated. The results indicated that the toxicity of cyhalothrin was the highest, and LC50 Was 0. 536 7 mg·L^-1, followed by cypermethrin, avermectin, phoxim, whose LC50 were 2. 063 8mg·L^-1 , 3. 067 8 mg·L^-1 , 3. 374 6 mg·L^-1 respectively, and the toxicity of chlorpyrifos was the lowest among all the agents, it＇s LC50 was only 10. 548 9 mg·L^-1.
