秦岭止血散治疗上消化道出血25O例临床观察

摘　　要：选择250例上消化道出血患者应用秦岭止血散治疗，并与云南白药组（81例）对照、结果显示，治疗组痊愈率91．2％，总有效率92．8％，总体疗效优于对照组、分析表明．秦岭止血散对消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎所致的轻、中度出血疗效较佳，适用于气滞血瘀、胃中积热、中气虚报3种不同证型患者．无明显不良反应，值得推广应用。250 Patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract took Qinlingzhixuesan orally.Wile the other 81 patients of control group took Yunnanbaiyao orally. The result showed that thecure rate of treatment group is 91. 2 percent, and the effective rate is 92. 8 percent. curative effectof treatment group is remarkbly superior, to the control group. Analysis showed thatQinlingzhixuesan has better curative effect to small and middle amount hemorrhage caused bypeptic uicer and chronic gastritis, and it is suitable for patients with three differentiation ofsymptoms and signs such as stagnancy of qi and blood stasis. stomach-heat. and deficiency of qi inmiddle-jiao. There were no remarkble side reactions during the test.
