小儿止泻贴抗动物脾虚的实验研究

摘　　要：运用现代科学技术，对脾虚小鼠进行体重恢复期观察、耐寒能力试验、溶血空斑实验（PFc）和E玫瑰花结实验（ERFc）。结果表明，该药能缩短牌虚症状好转时间，提高其耐寒能力，增加PFc和ERFc的形成。表明该药对小鼠脾虚症状有良好的治疗作用，并能提高其机体的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。The spleen-deficiellcy mice-model we Ie treated by Xiaoerzhixie plaster and thcirrecovery time of body weight, anti-cold abj1ity, hemolytic empty spot test and E rosette test wereobserved. The results showed that the plaster has the effects of rising anti-cold ability. increasingthe form of HES and ER and shortening recovery time of spleen-deficiency. It is indicated that theXiaoerzhixie plaster has better cure effect of the syndromes of spleen-deficiency and rising thefunction of the humoral immunity and cell immumty.
