摘　　要：集成PowerPC微处理器的MPC8560 PowerQUICC Ⅲ作为一个多用途、高性能的通信微处理器,被广泛运用于通信和网络系统,是目前为电信和网络市场而设计的最先进的集成通信微处理器之一。该文对MPC8560在ATM的应用作了详细的探讨,给出一种ATM Over E1功能的实现方法。The integrating ＂PowerPC＂, MPC8560 PowerQUICC Ⅲ is a multiused and effectively performanced microprocessor, which was designed for telecommunication market and network market. At present, MPC8560 PowerQUICC Ⅲ is widly used and becoming most advanced. The article discusses the application of MPC8560 in ATM machines, giving some practical solutions to ATM Over El functions.
