摘　　要：归纳了洁净室空调系统常用的热湿处理流程,导出4种热湿处理流程的能量消耗计算方法,分析了各流程的能耗特点,并给出了一个典型实例的计算结果。Sums up the usual air handling processes in the cleanroom air-conditioning, educes the calculating methods of the energy consumption in the processes, analyses the energy consumption characteristics of the processes, and presents the result of a representative exsample.
