摘  要:在制备低固含量的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的过程中,加入适量的双丙酮丙烯酰胺与醋酸乙烯酯共聚合,生成含有酮羰基的乳液,然后按照一定的比例加入己二酰肼,得到的乳液在使用时的脱水过程中酮羰基与肼发生交联反应,能够提高乳液的粘接强度和耐水性。When preparing poly(vinyl acetate)emulsion of low solid content, certain quantity of diacetone acrylamide was added to copolymerize with vinyl acetate and to produce an emulsion containing ketone carbonyl groups. Then a certain proportion ofadipic dihydrazide was mixed with the product. Crosslinking reaction arises between ketone carbonyl groups and hydrazine groups in the course of water drying during the so prepared emulsion being used. The adhesion strength and water resistance of the emulsion could be therefore raised.
