交点倍数法测定复方氧氟沙星滴耳液中两组分含量

摘  要:目的以交点倍数法同时测定复方氧氟沙星滴耳液的氧氟沙星和替硝唑含量。方法氧氟沙星和替硝唑溶液在294.8nm波长处有交点吸收,且在供试品溶液中此点恰好是二者等吸收之和,而其他成分在此点几乎无吸收,故以294.8nm为两者的测定波长计算各自的含量。结果氧氟沙星的平均回收率为101.20%,RSD为0.29%(n=5);替硝唑的平均回收率为99.74%,RSD为0.65%(n=5)。结论交点倍数法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,适用于复方氧氟沙星滴耳液的质量控制。Objective To determine simuhaneously the contents of ofloxacin (OFLO) and tinidazole (TNZ) in compound ofloxacin ear drops by nodical polyploid UV- spectrophotometry. Methods OFLO and TNZ were nodical absorption at wavelength of 294. 8 nm and this was just the sum of isoabsorptive point of two components while the other did not absorb UV ray at this point. Therefore 294.8 nm was adopted as the detecting wavelength for these two components. Results The average recovery rate and RSD of OFLO were 101.20% and 0. 29% respectively. The average recovery rate and RSD of TNZ were 99.74% and 0.65% respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate,rapid, simple and sensitive. This method can be used to control the quality of this preparation.
