摘  要:目的优选疗筋涂膜剂的水提工艺。方法以水浸膏得率和芍药苷含量为指标,采用正交试验法,考察浸泡时间、加水量、提取次数、提取时间对水提工艺的影响;并对工艺的合理性进行了初步验证。结果最佳水提工艺为A3B2C2D2,即药材加水10倍量,浸泡1.5h,提取2次,提取时间为1.5h。水提醇沉液浸膏的芍药苷平均含量为12.27mg/g,提取率为59.22%。结论正交试验优选出的疗筋涂膜剂的水提工艺简便、快速、合理。Objective To optimize the water extracting technology for Liaojin Paints. Methods With the water extracting rate and peoniflorin content as the inspection indexes, the orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extracting factors (soak time, water quantity,extracting frequency and extracting time) on the water extracting process. The rationality of water extracting technology was verified preliminary. Results The optimum extracting process was A3B2C2D2. The water volume being 10 times of medicinal material,soak time 1.5 h, extracting twice, extracting time 1.5 h. The average content of extracted peoniflorin by water extraction and alcobol precipitation was 12, 27 mg/g with extraction percentage of 59.22%, Conclusion Optimization of water extracting process for Liaojin Paints by orthogonal test is simple,quick, accurate and reasonable.
