摘　　要：读者工作是图书馆一切工作的出发点和归宿,本文论述了图书馆工作引进读者监督管理机制的必要性和重要性以及图书馆引进读者监督管理机制的方式。The work with readers is a starting point and destination of all library work. This paper expounds the necessity and importance of the mechanism for leading the library work into readers＇ supervision and management and the mode of developing mechanism for leading the library work into readers＇ supervision and management.
