摘　　要：高级人才资本的灰色竞争是我国经济增长与高校改革进程中出现的一种不良现象。论文对高等院校高级人才资本灰色竞争的根源进行了探讨,进而分析了东西部高级人才资本灰色竞争的危害,并提出政策建议。The unfair competition of senior human resources is an irrational phenomenon in economy developnent and reformation of colleges in China. The reason of unfair competition is explored,the harm of unfair competition of senior human resources between the east and west of China is then analysed,at the meanwhile carresponding measures are provided.
