摘 要:稻草直接还田是一条合理利用秸秆资源养地培肥的有效途径。为了探明翻耕条件下秸秆还田量对土壤生物学特征的影响,为制定合理的秸秆还田量,用于早稻秸秆还田培肥土壤,减少环境的污染和保障农业的可持续性发展,进行了0%、33%、67%、100%早稻秸秆连续2年覆盖翻耕对水稻土微生物及酶活性的影响研究。结果表明:经过稻草翻耕还田后,稻田土壤的生物学性状得到了一定程度的改善。不同的稻草还田量对土壤微生物数量、微生物活度、土壤酶活性以及土壤微生物作用强度的影响存在差异,33%和67%稻草还田量较0%和100%稻草还田更能改善稻田土壤质量。Rice-straw was rich with nutrient elements for crop to use and was an excellent natural resource for human kinds. There were a large number of straws produced by plants. Most of the rice-straws were incinerated and much harm gas was released to the sky. Returning rice-straw to soil was an excellent way to solve the environmental problem caused by rice-straw resource loss. The soil quality could be improved by returning rice-straw to field.At the same time,the crop could grow well and produce much biomass when the soil was covered with straw. In order to probe into the effect of returning quantity of rice-straw to field on biological character in soil and provide scientific proof for reasonable applying rice-straw to field,the studies on effect rule of tillage with 0%,33%,67%,100% quantity rice-straw to soil on the microbial quantity, microbial activity,soil rice-straw-decomposing enzyme, ammonification and nitrification in late paddy soil were conducted.The results showed that: after a long-term ploughing with rice-straw returning to field,the physicochemical property and biological condition of the rice soil were improved in a certain extent. Different returning quantity of rice-straw to soil had a different effect on the microbial quantity and activity, enzyme activity,intensity of ammonification and nitrification in soil.According to the results of the experiment,33% and 67% quantity rice-straw to soil could improve the quality of rice soil in bigger extent comparing to 0% and 100% quantity rice-straw to soil.
