摘　　要：信息产业政策对信息产业的发展有着极为重要的影响,从世界各国信息产业的发展情况来看,一些发达国家的信息产业政策和法规在其信息产业发展过程中所起的保障和促进作用是十分明显的,他们的成功经验对我国信息产业政策的制定、选择有着重要的启示和借鉴作用。The policy on information industry greatly affects its development. From the development of information industry in foreign countries, we can see that the policies and regulations of information industry in the developed countries have obviously protected and promoted the development of information industry. And their successful experience has important reference to the policy formulation of Chinese information industry.
