摘　　要：拜厄特的获奖小说《占有》既是一部现代小说也是一部维多利亚小说,它集诗歌、浪漫史、传奇故事、维多利亚时期小说及现代学院小说于一体,其中既有对女权主义的讽拟也有对弗洛伊德的批评。看似零散的篇章,尤其过去与现在的时空,通过作者巧妙运用的循环时间,而形成了一个统一的联系密切的整体,讲述了一个动人的难以湮没的传奇爱情故事。A. S. Byatt＇s Booker Prize winning Possession is both a modern novel and a high Victorian novel. It includes romance, poetry, mystery, Victoriana and modern university novel, parodies of feminist and Freudian criticism. The seemingly fragmented parts, especially the past and present are closely connected into a whole unforgettable and intriguing story by the construction of the cyclical time.
