摘　　要：选用茶皂素等6种助剂对20%克威特灵可湿性粉剂的助剂进行了筛选。室内生物测定结果表明:克威特灵中分别添加1000mg/L茶皂素、125mg/L木质素磺酸钙、1000mg/L分散剂NNO后对克威特灵的增效作用明显。对烟草脉坏死病的预防效果分别为91.3%、91.1%、89.7%,治疗效果分别为85.6%、81.2%、84.1%。改善悬浮效率试验表明:添加茶皂素2000mg/L后克威特灵的悬浮率达到了99.0%,1000mg/L时悬浮率为89.0%。综上研究,选定1000mg/L茶皂素作为克威特灵的最佳助剂。用该助剂改良后田间药效试验表明:克威特灵500mg/L对烟草脉坏死病的防效达到了90.7%,显著高于改良前500mg/L的防效76.6%。The screening of six adjuvants to Ke-Wei-Teling 20% WP has been carried on. Bioassay test indicated that of the six adjuvants, 1000 mg/L tea saponin, 125 mg/L calcium lignosulfonate, 1000 mg/L dispersant NNO were most effective. With the three adjuvants added, prevention effect of Ke-Wei-Teling 20% WP on tobacco vein necrosis disease was 91.3%, 91.1%, 89.7%, the cure effect was 85.6%, 81.2% and 84.1%, respectively. When tea saponin at a concentration of 2000 mg/L and 1000 mg/L were added, the suspenision percentage of Ke-Wei-Teling reached 99.0% and 89.0%. On a comprehensive analysis, 1000 mg/L tea saponin was the best adjuvant. The field experiment showed that the control effect of 2500 mg/L Ke-Wei-Teling with tea saponin added, was UP to 90.7%, superior to that of pure Ke-Wei-Teling not adjuvant added, which was 76.6%.
