摘 要:采用间歇式管式反应器进行了超临界水降解丁腈橡胶实验,研究了影响丁腈橡胶降解的因素。实验结果表明,在压力22.7~33.5MPa、温度400~450℃和反应时间20~120min的条件下,超临界水能有效地降解丁腈橡胶,转化率可达91.25%,最大油化率为63.09%。反应温度和反应时间是影响丁腈橡胶降解的主要因素,温度越高、时间越长丁腈橡胶降解越彻底。当温度为450℃时,反应60min以油相产物为主;反应120min有利于得到气相产物。Nitrile- butadiene rubber was degraded in supercritical water by a batch tubular reactor. The study also described the effects of different parameters on conversion. The results showed that the nitrile - butadiene rubber can be degraded effectively in supercritical water on the condition that pressure is 22.7 - 33.5MPa, temperature is 400 -450℃, and reaction time is 60 - 120min. The rate of conversion may be 91.25%, and the rate of oil yield may be 63.09%. The more investigation showed that temperature and reaction time were the primary factors of effect on the nitrile - butadiene rubber degradation. The higher degradation of nitrile - butadiene rubber was obtained at higher temperature and longer reaction time. On the condition of 450℃, the oil products were obtained at reaction time 60min and the gas products were obtained at reaction time 120min.
