医源性输尿管损伤诊断与治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨医源性输尿管损伤的原因、处理和预防措施。方法对18例医源性输尿管损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果18例输尿管损伤中，下段损伤16例，上段损伤2例；左侧11例，右侧7例。手术治疗14例，单纯置内支架管治疗4例。全部患者肾功能均恢复正常。结论了解号输尿管有关的解剖位置，细致规范的手术操作是预防医源性输尿管损伤的关键。Objective To discuss the cause, treatment and precaution of iatrogenic uretal injuries. Methods The clinical data of 18 cases of iatrogenic uretal injuries at our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Ainong them 16 cases had injuries in the distal ureter and 2 cases in the upper ureter; 11 cases in the left side and 7 cases in the fight side. Surgical operations were applied in 14 patients, conservative therapy （double J tube） in 4 cases. All patients were cured. Conclusion It was suggested that careful and exact operation as well as acquaintance with the anatomy of ureter before and duing surgery be key to precaution of iatrogenic uretal injuries.
