摘 要:采用单独摇瓶浸出方法研究了影响硅酸盐细菌浸矿脱硅的各种条件,摇瓶试验表明,pH值、温度、摇瓶转速、装液量、接种量、浸矿时间、矿物种类、菌种特性均对硅酸盐细菌的脱硅效果有重要影响。在pH7.2、温度28℃、摇床转速200r/min、500mL锥型瓶的装液量100mL、接种量3.8×10^6个/mL,浸出时间5—7d情况下,JXF菌种浸矿脱硅效果最好。硅酸盐细菌JXF菌株对供试矿物的分解能力依次为绿泥石、高岭石、长石、石英。其中JXF-1菌株脱硅效果最好,可以浸出铝土矿原矿、绿泥石人工混合矿样中50.4%与65.3%的硅,而B.C菌株对该两种矿样的脱硅率仅分别为35.3%,48.2%。The conditions influencing the desilication of ore leaching with silicate bacteria were studied by sole shake flask leaching experiment. The results of sole shake flask leaching experiment showed that the effect of desilication was obviously affected by pH, temperature, the rotating velocity of shake flask, solution volume, bacteria number, leaching time, the kind of mineral, the properties of silicate bacteria and so on. The silicate strain JXF had best leaching effect of silicon under pH 7.2, temperature 28~C, rotating velocity 200 r/min, solution volume 100 mL in an Erlenmeyer flask of 500 mL, bacteria number 3.8 × 106 n/mLand leaching time 5 - 7 d. The effect of minerals bearing silcon decomposed was as follows : chlorite 〉 feldspar 〉 quarts. The strain JXF - 1 had the maximum efficacy of releasing silicon in the tested strains from different resources, it can release respectively silcon 50.4% and 65.3% from raw bauxites and artificial mixed chlorites, but for strain B. C the rate of desilication from the two ores only were 35.3% and 48.2%.
