摘 要:利用粉煤灰和废弃的铝片渣制备粉煤灰絮凝剂处理实验室废水,研究搅拌时间、搅拌强度、温度、pH以及絮凝剂投加量对实验室废水中Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响。实验结果表明,当温度T=30℃、pH=12、絮凝剂的投加量为0.2100 g、搅拌强度为140 r/min,快速搅拌时间T=4 min的条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率可高达73.2%。Fly ash and discarded aluminum scrap were used to prepare fly ash flocculants, then the prepared flocculants was used to treat laboratory wastewater. The effects of stirring time, stirring strength, temperature, pH and the dosage of flocculants on the removal rate of Cr( Ⅵ ) in the wastewater was investigated. The experimental results showed that when the temperature was 30℃, pH value was 12, the dosage of flocculants was O. 2100 g, stirring strength was 140 r/min and stirring time was 4 min, removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) can reach 73.2%.
