摘　　要：在经济日益全球化的今天，矿产资源的全球性竞争是必然的。大型跨国矿业公司为发达国家占领世界矿业市场发挥了极其重要的作用。介绍了矿业全球化的现状．研究了发达国家的成功经验，提出了国内矿业企业参与国际矿业开发所应遵循的原则。With the economic globalization, the global competition of mineral resources is inevitable. Large transnational mining corporations play very important roles in developing world mining market for the developed countries. This paper discusses the current situations of the globalization of mining industry, analyzes the succeed experiences in the developed countries, and puts forward some principles that should be followed for China＇s mining corporations when participating in the exploitation of mineral resources in the world.
