上海地区224例新发现艾滋病毒抗体阳性者首次CD_4淋巴细胞、病毒载量检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解主动检测在发现艾滋病(HIV)抗体阳性者中的作用。方法检测CD4和病毒载量。结果有25.89%CD4淋巴细胞低于200个/mm3,有24.11%病毒载量高于50000copies/ml。结论加强宣传,使有高危行为者尽早主动检测,早发现早治疗,可延长发病期。Objective To understand the status of 224 cases of HIV - infected individuals first identified in Shanghai. Methods The flow cytometry was used to measure CD4/CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio. Viral load was detected by the method of Easy Q NASBA. Results 25.89% of individuals infected with HIV had baseline CD4 T cell counts 〈 200 cells/mm3 , and 24.11% of them had viral load 〉 50,000 copies/ml. Conclusions Propaganda of knowledge, early diagnosis and therapy of high - risk behavior populatfon can make stage of AIDS longer.
