摘  要:目的探索高分子低温热塑夹板治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的方法。方法应用高分子低温热塑夹板固定患足,经过多次手法矫形治疗先天性马蹄内翻足44例。结果矫正时间10.2~22.4个月,平均15.9个月。治疗效果参照Garceau改良评定标准,优30例54足,良11例13足,可3例3足,总优良率达95.71%。结论在早期先天性马蹄内翻足的治疗中,高分子低温热塑夹板是一种效果明显、价格低廉且并发症较少的外固定材料。Objective To evaluate a new approach in the initial treatment of congenital talipes equinovarus (CTEV) by low temperature thermoplastic polymer splint. Methods Low- temperature thermoplastic polymer splint was used in fixed clubfoot which had corrected in early diagnosed CETV, and after several correction, 44 patients with clubfoot recovered normal morphology and function. Results All the patients with clubfoot were corrected within 10.2-- 22 : 4 months, and the average correcting time was 15.9 months. The total excellent and good rate was 95.71% based on Garceau scale. Conclusion In initial treatment of CETV, low - temperature thermoplastic polymer splint provides appropriate fixation with less complications and low price.
