超声引导下穿刺活检对AFP阴性的肝占位性质诊断

摘　　要：目的评价B超引导下穿刺活检对AFP阴性肝占位性病变的定性诊断价值。方法对70例AFP阴性肝占位性病变患者行B超引导下自动活检枪肝穿,后行组织病理学检查。结果70例AFP阴性肝占位性病变中,经病理学证实,原发性肝癌35例(50%),其余病例亦都获得正确诊断。结论超声引导下自动活检枪肝穿刺对肝脏占位病变定性诊断安全、准确,具有很高的临床应用价值,可作为肝占位性病变的确诊技术。Objective To assess the validity of ultrasonograhy guided automatic gun biopsy in diagnosis of liver occupying lesions. Method Ultrasonography guided automatic gun biopsy was given to 70 patients with AFP negative occupying lesions in liver. Results Through the pathology verifying, there were 35 （50 %）primary liver carcinoma cases among the 70 patients with AFP negative liver occupying lesions. The other 35 patients also get accurate diagnosis. Conclusions Ultrasonography guided automatic gun biopsy in liver occupytng lesions is safe and precise, t is of great value in clinical application and can be taken on as a technique on definitive diagnosis in patients with liver occupying lesions.
