摘　　要：目的研究类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清IL-1、IL-15的水平变化及意义。方法收集91例RA患者和45例健康体检者,分别采用放射免疫分析法和ELISA法测定血清IL-1、IL-15的水平。结果RA非活动组和RA活动组的血清IL-1、IL-15水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RA活动组的血清IL-1、IL-15水平高于RA非活动组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在91例RA患者中血清IL-1、IL-15水平显著相关(r=0.813,P<0.05)。结论IL-1、IL-15在RA患者的疾病发展过程中发挥着重要作用,同时检测RA患者中血清IL-1、IL-15的水平,有利于监测RA病情和指导临床治疗。Objective To investigate the changes of IL-1 and IL- 15 levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） and its clinical significance. Methods Ninety- one patients with RA and 45 healthy subjects were enrolled in the investigation. IL-1 and IL-15 levels were determined by radio immunology measurement analytic technique and ELISA method. Results IL-1 and IL-15 levels fn inactfve RA group and active RA group were sfgniffcantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Moreover, IL- 1 and IL-15 levels in active RA group were higher than those of inactive RA group（ P〈 0.05）. IL 1 level had significant correlation with IL-15 level in these 91 patients with RA（r = 0. 813. P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Serum IL-1 and IL-15 levels are closely related to the genesis and development of RA. It is very important of this allied examination for RA earlier diagnosis and giving direction proposal in the treatment of RA.
