Chinese Scientists' Potential Self-archiving's Influencing Factors——A Case Study on the Scientists of the Chinese Academy of Sciences

摘　　要：以对中国科学技术大学和中国科学院部分科研人员的访谈和问卷调查为基础,调查我国科研人员对自存储的态度及意愿,作者在综合分析后认为自存储资源的学术质量、版权、政策或组织因素、技术因素四个方面对我国科研人员的潜在自存储行为将产生影响。Based on an interview and a survey of the scientists in University of Science and Technology of China the Chinese Academy of Sciences, this paper introduces the attitudes and willingness of scientists toward self - archiving, The author considered that four aspects affect the scientist potential self - archivings after the comprehensive analysis, that is the quality of the self - archiving＇ s resources, copyright, the policy or organizational factors, technical factors.
