摘　　要：本文阐述了数字出版平台搭建的背景和数字出版平台建设的必要性,同时又介绍了当前数字出版平台的建设情况以及存在问题,最后本文展望了数字出版平台的未来发展趋势,提出通过实现与机构和个人数字图书馆的对接,开展多元化、个性化、增值性服务。The paper describes the background of the digital publication platform, and points out the necessity of constructing digital publication platform with the development of the Internet and WEB2.0 as well as the expanding scale of the publication industry. Based on this, the paper also introduces the current construction conditions and the problems of the digital publication platform. At last, the paper prospects the digital publication platform for the future development trend , and puts forward it is necessary to develop diversified, personalized, incremental services through the realization of institutions and personal digital library docking with the platform.
