摘　　要：目的:探讨老年股骨颈骨折围手术期特点及预后的影响。方法:对2001年1月至2006年3月我科收治的42例老年股骨颈骨折围手术期处理的回顾分析。结果:42例病人随访2 a～5 a,29例优,良6例,差4例。优良率89.7%。结论:掌握老年人特点,认真处理围手术期治疗,选择手术时机,提高疗效。Objective To evaluate the features and effect of prognosis in the perioperative period of elderly femoral neck fracture.Methods 42 cases with femoral neck fracture about perioperative management were reviewed from January 2001 to March 2006 in our hospital. Results All of the patients were followed up 2 to 5 years,on the average of 3.4years.29 patients were rated as excellent,6 as good,4 as poor,The rate of excellent and good results was 89.7%.Conclusion Master the feature of old people,deal with the treatment of the perioperative period seriously, select the surgical operation opportunity and improve the curative effect.
