摘 要:本工作以LLDPE/LDPE共混树脂为基料,添加氟弹性体PPA加工改性剂,采用挤出吹塑成型加工薄膜制品.LLDPE/LDPE=1/2为空白.添加500PPM的PPA后,共混物中LLDPE为1/3时,挤出机电流下降,薄膜的透光率增加,雾度降低;LLDPE含量为60%时,挤出机电流未变而产量提高,薄膜的透光率和雾度变化不大;继续增加LLDPE比例时,挤出机电流和薄膜雾度增加.薄膜的拉伸性质随LLDPE比例增大而显著提高,且纵横向的取向性变小.Plastic films were blown from blends of LLDPE/LDPE added with the plastic processing addditives(PPA)from Dyneon, USA. The concentration of PPA in the blends was 500ppm. The extrusions were successfully conducted for the blends of LLDPE/LDPE in which LLDPE contents wer 33, 60, 70 and 80%, respectively, on the conventional 65 extruder designed originally for LDPE films. Compared to the control trial with LLDPE content of 33%, the trials with PPA showed lower power consumption of the extruder, higher transparency and lower haziness of the films extruded. When LLDPE content was 60%, the power consumption did not increase but the extrusion output was increased and the transparency and haziness did not change appreciatively. During the trial extrusions with LLDPE content of 70 or 80%, higher power consumption was observed. The mechanical properties were measured for the films obtained. The tensile strength and elongation at break were increased with increasing LLDPE content in the blends and the difference in the machine and the transverse direction was lowered.
