摘　　要：针对传统的业务系统中业务流程与业务系统的耦合度高,导致业务系统难随企业内外部环境的变化而方便迅速改变的现状,提出在WebService和XML标准的SOA架构下,以BPEL作为业务流程执行语言,实现企业部门之间业务流程动态集成的方法。最后利用IBM公司的行业解决方案和相关支持产品,在分布式环境下实现异构系统之间构建跨部门、强调端对端的业务流程动态集成。Current IT industries face the situation of difficult to change business process quickly and expediently during the change of demand and conditions, which is because of high coupling degree between traditional business process and business system. To solve this problem, a technique scheme based on SOA architecture （including WebService and XML standard） is put forward, which uses BPEL as business process execution language to implement the business process integration between departments. At last, meet the goal of building point-to-point organic business process in distributed circumstance based on IBM-SOA methodology and relevant supporting products.
