科学发展观是党的执政理念和马克思主义世界观的统一

摘　　要：科学发展观是新一届党中央领导集体从新世纪新阶段我国发展全局出发提出的重大战略思想,是指导中国实现又好又快发展的马克思主义世界观方法论的集中体现。发展是我党执政兴国的第一要务,也是整个世界特别是社会存在的基本状态。以人为本反映了我党一贯的根本宗旨,也是对人民群众历史观的反映。全面协调可持续是我们进行社会主义建设的基本要求,统筹兼顾则是根本方法,都是唯物辩证法关于事物普遍联系和发展的观点和矛盾分析法的具体表现。Scientific outlcok of development is the important strategic idea proposed by the new generation of central collective leadership of CPC, based on the whole development of nation on the new stage of new century. It shows Marxist view of world methodology which instructs China to develop better and more fast. Development is the major task for our Party, the basic situation of world, especially the existing of society as well. People - oriented reflects the fundamental Principle of Party and people＇ s history views. Comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development is the basic requirement for building socialism while overall consideration is the fundamental way. Both indicate the view of general relation and development on dialectical materialism, contradiction analysis method as well.
