摘　　要：现代化的产业体系和经营模式将改变传统文化和传统产业,传统文化的消逝不可避免,文化传人面临青黄不接的背景下,论文在对少数民族文化传人的概念作了界定和理论分析的基础上;提出了少数民族文化传人的培养途径和机制。This article elaborates that it is inevitable that the traditional culture will die, as the traditional culture and traditional industry are facing the changes in the context of modem industry system and management model. The culture successors are in a period of crisis right now, because the old is going to retire, and the youth is still inexperienced. This article makes a delimitation and theoretical analysis of the definition of the ethnic cultural successor and proposes training mechanism for the ethnic cultural successor.
