摘　　要：拉祜族作为中华民族大家庭中的一员,有着悠久的历史、传统和灿烂的文化。在现代社会,他们传统的婚姻家庭习惯法在内容、形式和功能等方面都发生变迁,对少数民族习惯法的现代意义和价值应予以肯定。As a member of China, The Lahu national minority has the glorious history, the tradition and the bright culture. The traditional marriage and family common law has changed in aspects, form and function at modern society. We should affirm the modern significance and the value of the national minority common law.
