摘　　要：建筑能耗模拟是绿色建筑设计和建筑节能改造的必不可少的支持工具。首先介绍了建筑能耗模拟的基本原理,包括正向建模和逆向建模方法,然后介绍了三种常用的建筑能耗模拟软件和相关的专业分析软件。Building energy simulation is an important supporting tool for green building design and building commissioning. The paper firstly introduces the basic principles of building energy simulation, including forward modeling and data-driven modeling. Then it introduces three popular building energy simulation tools and relevant specialized analysis tools.
