摘　　要：根据深圳市典型居住建筑模型和能耗计算基本条件,计算了不同方案下深圳市典型居住建筑的能耗。根据模拟分析的结果,提出了深圳市居住建筑节能的目标。在分析中发现,仅采用改善外围护结构热工性能这一项措施,就可使建筑能耗大大降低,达到节能30%的目的。Calculates the energy-consumption of Shenzhen＇s typical residential building in different condition by DOE-2 sotlware .According to the result, brings forward the main aim of energy efficiency in Shenzhen＇s residential building .Then, pointes out that it can reduce buildings energy greatly only by improving thermal performance of enclosures.
