缬沙坦单用及其与非洛地平联用治疗高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较缬沙坦单用及其与非洛地平联用对原发性高血压的疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为两组30例服用缬沙坦一日80mg,另30例除服用缬沙坦外,同时服用非洛地平一日5～10mg,疗程均为8周。服药前及服药后每周定时记录血压变化。结果:服用8周后,缬沙坦单药组平均收缩压由(168.5±8.6)mmHg降至(140.5±7.4)mmHg,舒张压由(109.5±2.1)mmHg降至(94.5±6.2)mmHg,两药联用组收缩压由(168.2±8.2)mmHg降至(127.5±6.4)mmHg,舒张压由(108.9±3.1)mmHg降至(89.5±4.2)mmHg。两组总有效率分别为73.4%和93.3%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合非洛地平治疗原发性高血压较其单用降压作用强、总有效率高。Objective To evaluate the effect of valsartan used alone and combined with felodipine on essential hypertension. Methods 60 patients with essential hypertension were divided randomly into two growps, 30 patients in growp A were administrated valsartan （80mg per day）, and 30 patients in growp B were administrated the same dosage of valsartan and felodipine（5-10mg）. The course of treatment was eight weeks. Result After the eight-week treatment, the average systolic pressure of group A droped from 168.5±8.6 mrnHg to 140.5±7.4 mmHg and diastolic pressure droped from 109.5±2.1mmHg to 94.5±6.2mmHg. The average systolic pressure of group B droped from 168.2±8.3 mmHg to 127.5±6.4 mmHg and diastolic pressure droped from 108.9±3.1 mmHg to 89.5±4.2 mmHg. The total effective ratio of two groups were 73.4% and 93.3% respectively and there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of valsartan and felodipine is more effective than valsartan used alone in the treatment of essential hypertension.
