人参固本汤中人参叶替代人参治疗阴虚气弱咳嗽的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察人参叶在人参固本汤中替代人参治疗肺肾阴虚气弱咳嗽的疗效。方法:治疗组在人参固本汤中用人参叶替代人参,对照组为原人参固本汤,空白组为人参固本汤去人参并不加人参叶,三组均为30例。结果:治疗组与对照组在治愈率和总有效率方面均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组和对照组与空白组对照比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:人参叶同人参在治疗肺肾阴虚气弱咳嗽上功效相同,人参叶在治疗阴虚气弱咳嗽方面可替代人参。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of yin -deficiency qiruo cough treated by renshenguben decoction with ginseng leaf instead of ginseng . Methods： To prepare three experimental groups as following ： treatment group of reshenguben decoction with ginseng leaf instead of ginseng; comparative group of original reshenguben decoction; empty group of reshenguben decoction with ginseng removed and simultaneously no ginseng leaf added, each of groups containd 30 cases. Results： Between treatment group and comparative group, there were no obvious differences （P 〉 0.05 ） of cure rate and total efficiency. Between treatment group and empty group, or between comparative group and empty group, there were obvious differences （P 〈 0.01 ） of cure rate and total efficiency. Conclusion： The ginseng leaf has same therapeutic effect to ginseng for curing pulmonary and nephric yin - deficiency qiruo cough. Thus, the ginseng leaf is capable of replacing ginseng for curing yin - deficiency qiruo cough.
